By using TransparentBackground.org, you agree to process only images you are allowed to edit, use the service lawfully, and review each AI-generated cutout before relying on it.
Your rights and permitted use
You may process an image only when you own it or have permission to edit it. You are responsible for the source material, the decision to remove its background, and every use or distribution of the resulting PNG.
Do not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights. You must not distribute malicious files, interfere with the AI or runtime assets, bypass technical limits, or disrupt access for other users.
AI cutout accuracy and review
Automatic segmentation can leave background fragments, remove part of the subject, or create rough edges. Keep and Remove points can improve the mask but cannot guarantee a perfect result. Inspect every downloaded file before commercial, safety-critical, or prominent use.
TransparentBackground.org does not determine whether a photo, logo, person, product, or other subject may lawfully be edited or published. That responsibility remains with you.
Service availability and changes
The tool is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or a successful mask for every image. First use depends on browser capabilities, available memory, network speed, WebAssembly support, and access to the model files.
Features, file limits, page addresses, model versions, and these terms may change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Downloads, liability, and contact
Keep your original images and verify exported files independently. To the extent permitted by law, TransparentBackground.org is not liable for lost files, unusable masks, missed downloads, browser failures, publication decisions, or indirect losses resulting from use of the service.
