Erase the background without erasing your subject
Background deletion works by creating a subject mask rather than changing the original pixels one by one. The local AI starts with the main object in the image. If the mask removes part of the object, choose Keep and click that area; if it retains scenery, furniture, or another unwanted element, choose Remove. You can undo the last point or reset the guidance at any time. This review step is especially useful when the foreground and background share similar colors.
It clears the area around a subject and exports transparency. It does not erase a person or object from the middle of a scene or reconstruct pixels hidden behind it.

Select Remove and click inside the unwanted area. The model recalculates the mask using that negative point. Add points gradually for easier review.
Can I restore part of the image after the background is deleted?
